5 months agoComplaint to AMAZON SXRG ETN Harnag Anantnag-192101 I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent issue with your delivery service. In a previous instance, one of your delivery agents behaved rudely with me. I submitted an honest 1-star review regarding that experience. Since then, I have noticed a clear delay in the delivery of my latest package, which I strongly suspect was intentional retaliation for my earlier review. Today, due to the unacceptable delay and lack of response, I was forced to cancel my package. This not only caused inconvenience but also made me lose trust in your delivery system. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request you to investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the delivery personnel involved. Please ensure that honest customer feedback does not result in biased or delayed service in the future. In next review I'm going to share that delivery person Mobile Number and his name also. And I'm going to file a written complaint at CIS amazon, Amazon Grievance Officer and Nodal Officer. Be ready for serious actions. Thanks

3 months agoI had ordered samsung Charger on 27th August 2025 and paid online via UPI. The Charger was supposed to arrive on the 04 Sep 2025 and I had given my address Sadura Anantnag. But , when I checked, they are showing Pakage was Handed to Resident— while I haven’t received it at all, nor did I get any call. I’m sure these agents are frauds,

5 months agoI had ordered The Complete Poems by Robert Frost on 20th June 2024 and paid online via UPI. The book was supposed to arrive on the 28th, and I had given my Anantnag address. But today, when I checked, they are showing that it was delivered on 25th June — while I haven’t received it at all, nor did I get any call. I’m sure these people are frauds, and I will file a complaint if they don’t return my money.
