A fish aquarium located near the banks of the Tawi river in Jammu. It is India's largest underground aquarium. This aquarium has 24 rooms consisting of various types of fishes, fish skeletons, audio video room etc. It also has a big window for getting a view of Jammu city. The entrance of this aquarium is the fish's mouth and the exit is the fish's tail. The entry fee is Rs. 25 for mobile camera and Rs. 50 for still camera per person. Children would love to enjoy seeing different types of fishes. One can visit the Bahu Fort and Bagh-e-Bahu garden located close by. This aquarium is an ideal place for families & friends. It is a must visit and should not be missed while in Jammu.

There was considerable construction to the inner sanctum of the aquarium when I visited...the whole place was being renovated from what I could see...I hope it finishes as a very beautiful aquarium. Some glass aquariums containing decorative fish were on display and some were totally new to me...I never knew piranha could grow to a size that I saw...around 2ks. Beautiful view of the tawi river too from the aquarium...I with the jammu tourism dept all the best in making this place a good attraction for kids n adults alike.

All of you are not going to have a great time with the same thing as I can assume, need whale dolphins and star fish🐠🐋🐟 to get the best crowd at the same time with your family and friends.
