a month agoMost satisfied stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Always helpful n quick to respond to any request. Would be nice if they had a variety in their sweet dishes and pastry choices. Otherwise their meal choices were quite good. The gym too was a bit shabby with v less maintenance. Overall a very good hotel for travellers n luxurious surroundings.

2 months ago⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Hospitality is extremely poor and basic standards are not maintained. • Washrooms had no proper water pressure. • Despite calling multiple times, the air conditioner issue was not resolved. • Traveling with an infant, I requested milk, but it was served in an uncovered glass. When I tried to reach the restaurant again, no one responded. • Breakfast was included, but when I requested a small pack of cut fruits and idlis for my 2-year-old (who did not eat anything from the buffet), the staff was uncooperative. • Tea was served with tea leaves floating inside, clearly showing poor hygiene and unclean utensils. Overall, hygiene standards are lacking, service is unresponsive, and the experience does not match the price charged. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or basic courtesy. Definitely not worth the amount paid.

2 months agoDisappointing 1.Rooms were spacious but without ventilation, it becomes suffocating and difficult to breathe at night 2. Morning Buffet was cold even at 8am. Hardly any meal served was hot. 3. Room service was tardy. Overall very disappointing.

4 months agoPavilion Restaurant service is too slow, and there is no smiling face by waiters and neither they look at you. food was tasty but overall experience is bad. They make you wait like hell. If someone is spending so much money and still experience is useless then it’s a question to them.

2 months agoWe performed all events associated with mekhel ( yagnopavit)ceremony of my grand child in the hotel from 01/10/2025 to 05/10/2025. An unique experience for us. All nitty gritty related to functions as per Kashmiri culture and tradition were well looked after by Mr.Sanjay Raina GM and his team which are really praise worthy. Thank you SR GM, AR Manager, FB Manager and Chief Chef for your personal attention to all events. We (me, my wife and son and his family) thank full team of Asia which includes front office, room service and F& B staff of hotel for their excellebt support and co-operation which resulted in the grand success of our all events of yagnopavit ceremony. Highly recommended Hotel Asia for performance of Kashmiri functions . At the end, thanks to dear Gupta brothers, top management for their good work and nicely maintained all services . At the end, I would suggest Hotel Management to solve immediately the problem of most irritating frequent trippings of grid power supply issues with implementation of your in-house mitigation measures as dicussed and suggested by me to Mr. Raina, GM as a former Chief Engineer of JK PDD. Keep it up. Best of luck. Regards, Autar Koul Former Chief Engineer JK PDD & Currently Head Projects Ministry of Electricity & Water Affairs Kingdom of Bahrain
