11 months agoI’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Blue Dart’s delivery service in Jammu. They consistently delay shipments, keeping them unnecessarily held in their warehouse for 2-3 days before even attempting delivery. This pattern of behavior feels like nothing short of harassment for customers. The team’s laziness and lack of urgency are evident. Despite charging premium rates, they fail to deliver even basic service quality. If you’re in Jammu and expecting a timely delivery, don’t count on Blue Dart. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
