I would like to highlight a recurring issue with the delivery service in the Udhampur area. On multiple occasions, deliveries have not been attempted at my address, nor have I received any phone calls from the delivery personnel. Instead, I received generic messages stating that the address is either incorrect or that I must collect the parcel from your office. This experience has been consistently disappointing and frustrating. My address is complete, correct, and easily accessible — as confirmed by successful deliveries from other courier companies. The lack of delivery attempts and communication demonstrates a serious lapse in customer service and professionalism. This pattern of negligence is simply unacceptable

I am writing to express my ongoing dissatisfaction with the delivery service in the Udhampur area. I have faced repeated issues where your delivery personnel do not attempt delivery or even make a phone call. Instead, I receive a standard message stating that the address is incorrect or asking me to visit your office to collect the parcel. This is unacceptable and highly inconvenient. My address is accurate and serviceable, and I have received parcels from other courier services without any issue. The repeated failure to deliver, without even a courtesy call, reflects extremely poor service standards.

This service is rubbish. They never call customer and delays delivery all the time.

Its so frustrating that its been 10 days my parcel is not reached to me only one time they call me and i tell them the address near to their office they didn’t delivered to that address i went to their office 2 times it was closed during working hours after residual my delivery address and date 5 times still I didn’t know where is my parcel I’ll say the Udhampur J&K blue dart is the worst company in the history of e-business
