Disappointing Experience at “Bring Your Own Bag Shawarma” Spot I was really looking forward to trying out the unique "Bring Your Own Bag Shawarma" concept, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. When I arrived at the store, I was shocked to see how dusty and unhygienic the place was. The surroundings didn’t feel clean at all, and it instantly gave off a bad vibe. To make matters worse, the person preparing the food was not wearing gloves, which is a serious hygiene concern—especially for a place serving ready-to-eat street food. What added to the disappointment was the fact that the chips they gave me were expired (as seen in the photo, the date clearly shows it was past the "use by" date). Sadly, I only noticed this when I got home, after already eating some of it. On the bright side, the mix itself was actually tasty. The idea is creative and has potential, but execution is everything. With better hygiene, proper food safety measures, and more attention to product quality, this place could really shine. Rating: 2/5 Good concept, poor execution. Hope they improve

I recently visited Captain Shawarma in Dalgate, Srinagar, and had the chance to try both their viral shawarma and Blue Ocean drink. The shawarma was definitely the highlight of my visit. It was flavorful, with tender meat and generously packed with veggies and sauces. It had that satisfying mix of textures and a good balance of spices, making it a delicious treat. However, the Blue Ocean drink left me a bit disappointed. It was supposed to be a refreshing, fruity beverage, but it turned out to be more like plain lemon water—nothing special or unique about it. I was hoping for something with more depth or a stronger flavor, but it felt more like a basic, diluted lemon drink. Overall, if you’re in the mood for a great shawarma, Captain Shawarma won’t disappoint. But if you’re looking for something extraordinary to wash it down with, you might want to skip the Blue Ocean and try something else on the menu.

The food was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. The chicken had parts I have never seen before, there were some thorn like parts in it. It was looking scary, disgusting and weird 🤮.On top of that, there were actual chicken feathers in it. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Never ordering again.

Tried **Captain Shawarma SXR** recently, and it was a really good experience! 🌯🔥 I also tried the **Lebanese shawarma**, and it didn’t disappoint at all. The blend of spices and sauces was spot on! 😋✨ The service was quick. If you’re craving a satisfying bite, this place is definitely worth a visit. Can’t wait to go back for more! 🥙❤️

I always wanted to try something different apart from shawarma . The one thing I love is the shawarma here we are the captain shawarma the taste service was extraordinary the first thing I ate was the shawarma bowl with rice shawarma fries humus loaded with a lot of cream that was extremely delicious I must say once u eat that you will feel full for the day Second I ate was Lebanese shawarma that was something different and was deliouse I must say go and try this place I HAVE TO COME AGAIN TO TRY EVERYTHING
