a month agoGhatiya service ever i buy the phone from gandhi nagar cashify store When I was not satisfied with the phone, I asked them to return it and give me an Android model then they are asking that 15 days return policy with no question ask is only applicable on online purchases not on store. Then I said that I want to sell this phone, then they said that it will happen after 90 days. And all those people who have posted good reviews are fake because those reviews are posted by their sales persons themselves from the customer's phone.

3 months agoI purchased an iPhone 13 from Cashify listed as “Superb Condition” after their so-called 32-point quality check. Within just 4 months, the battery health dropped to 79%. Independent tools (3uTools) show the battery was manufactured in May 2021 with 1285 charge cycles, meaning it was already at the end of its life before sale. This is clear misrepresentation. A device with such an old, degraded battery should never be sold under “Superb Condition.” When I raised the issue, Cashify refused a free replacement, instead offering a paid replacement even though the problem lies in their refurbishment and quality check process. Their warranty policy (only 3 months on battery) feels like a cover-up for poor quality control. Genuine buyers should be warned – what you see as 100% battery at the time of purchase might be artificially boosted and will degrade rapidly. Very disappointing experience. I have already escalated this to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and considering legal action. ⚠️ Buyers beware: Check everything before trusting Cashify claims of “Superb Condition” and “32-point quality check.”
