a month agoAttended a wedding here and the arrangements were decent. Food was good and the hall was decent. Only issue is for parking. You will struggle to park your vehicle no matter if it is day or night. Bari brahmana is already very crowded, they need to find a solution for that.

3 months agoI ordered a farmhouse pizza and they gave me some other pizza . After that mint sauce fell on the bedsheet and they charged Rs. 800 for that. Okay, it was my mistake but the person who came to tell me that there was a stain on the bedsheet was talking with a lot of attitude. Then the girl at the reception gave me the wrong Aadhar card. Then she was arguing. She did not regret her mistake at all and on top of that she was talking in a very egoistic way. At the end those people do not believe that it is their mistake. They only feel that the customer is an idiot.I think they should hire educated people because the girl sitting at the reception was illiterate and was using the phone only due to which I told her my name twice but still she gave me the wrong Aadhar card and when I told her that I had just returned from Samba to get the Aadhar card, her reply was that it has been only half an hour since you left and you have already reached Samba whereas we had left at 3:30 and went back to the hotel at 4:30 to get the Aadhar card, not even a sorry word came out of her mouth and she was giving explanations that 100 customers come every day, it is not my fault, it is your fault, you did not cross check.

7 months agoThe location of Clarks Inn Express, Jammu is not what you expect of other Clarks Hotels. But there is no compromise on facilities that are available within the premises. Even though the rooms do not offer great views, most of the facilities are of good standards including safety. The Staff are friendly and accommodative. The breakfast and dinner spread was tasty with limited varieties.
