2 months agoI have enjoyed an wonderful experience. Food was like our pure home food. Stuff behavior was very nice. Everyone was so cooperative. Room was neet and clean. I highly recommend all traveller's to visit this hotel. Mainly Ashok Thakur is too nice person.

3 months agoI had a wonderful stay at Katra retreat in Katra. The location is very convenient, close to the main market and easily accessible for Vaishno Devi travelers. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment after a long day. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hospitality truly made us feel at home. Food quality was excellent, with fresh and tasty options that suited everyone in our family. From the front desk to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, the hospitality was consistent and heartfelt. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued.

a month agoHotell rooms were smelly, broken window in bathrooms, it's serious privacy issue. Hotel manager is very very rude. Bad behaviour with cheating mentality. I had very bad experience. No tissue were available. Bath rooms were not getting locked. Pathatiic behaviour of manager with cheating mentality

a month agoEverything was good and room was good and Ashok Thakur was a good guide through out the booking and he helped me for taxi for whole Kashmir tour with airport pick up and drop . One of the nicest guy in katra
