6 months agoColonel’s Adventure Hub in Bajalta, Jammu was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was downright disgusting — clearly made with zero care or quality. It felt like they were serving stale from days ago, this was completely unacceptable. But what really pushed it over the edge was the staff. Rude, arrogant, and shockingly unprofessional. It’s as if they’ve never been trained in basic hospitality. Asking for help or information felt like a crime — they were either too busy ignoring guests or outright snapping at them. Zero courtesy, zero accountability. This place is a perfect example of how not to run a hospitality venture. Avoid it unless you want to waste your money, ruin your day, and be treated like a nuisance instead of a guest. Major disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

a year agoPaint ball, ground, laser tag, shooting, bow and arrow, tent houses, ⛺️ sooper stay. Maintenence can be more good. 2 dogs are there, a cat roam around happily. Well overall a good vibe place with silence and peace

6 months agoI had high expectations for Colonel's Adventure Hub in Bajalta, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. They were disorganized, unresponsive, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Requests were ignored or delayed, and it felt like the staff simply didn’t care about guest comfort or satisfaction. The stay itself was no better. The rooms were poorly maintained, with cleanliness clearly not being a priority. Bedding didn’t seem fresh, and basic amenities were either missing or not functional. The overall property felt neglected, and it certainly didn’t live up to the image it tries to portray online. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful or quality getaway. Definitely not worth the time or money.

4 years agoIt is good that in Jammu, we have got an adventure place. Where we guys can go for zipline, atv ride , CYCLE ride, laser tag . It's a must go place. Go out on a full day picnic and have complete fun therem they have there restaurant too , even you guys can stay but do call before planning to stay for availability.
