4 months agoI bought trek marlin 5 and a cycle carrier from them Dey gave me for 7000 and due to that my cycle has broken because of dat stand ….. it was around 3000 wen I checked online and now I have no option left … cycle broke …..

4 years agoI got my montra urban cycle serviced. Uncle repairing my cycle was so nice. He listened everything and cooperated very nicely. I felt so happy to talk to him. 😁 it’s the best cycle service shop I’ve ever been to. ❤️

a year agoWorst service ever. Charged so much hefty amount and service is worst. They don't even bother to clean the crank casette of gear cycle throughly and charge 600 for the service. It's better to clean it with diesel at home in 20 rupees. So many cycle market are at Raghunath bazar so it's better to purchase it from there at better prices.

2 years agoA pure unprofessional. I went to his showroom. He quoted me the price of sungold 16 inches cycle at 5500 first which seemed to be overpriced. Then he proposed me a discounted price of rs. 4800 which again seemed to be overpriced. I left the deal and went to Nai Basti main road where there are 3 cycle shops in a row. Imagine he has one outlet there too which i wasn't aware and the sales guy there quoted me rs. 3500 for the same sungold 16 inches cycle. Then the sales guy there finalised the deal at rs. 3200. The deal was closed and the sales guy there started preparing my cycle for delivery. Fitted the cycle bell, fastened all nuts and bolts. And now imagine the sales guy receives the call from owner of the shop that if so and so comes don't sell the cycle below rs. 3800. Till now I didn't know that the owner is the same who owns a showroom and outlet both. What an unprofessional dealer he is. The same product is being quoted at rs. 5000 at showroom and rs. 3800 at nai basti outlet. No complains about that. But imagine deal was closed, cycle was packed and then cycle was refused to me knowing that I am the same customer who came in showroom. My review has just one purpose that owner must carry professionalism on his sleeves. Commitment holds the pivotal place in a professionals life.

7 months agoVery bad experience even charged ₹2000 from me for me gear cycle but after repairing it also shows the same problem.
