EDIT: THIS IS REGARDING THE “MANAGER” OF THE LOCATION, NOT THE COURIER. I recently had the misfortune of encountering the most horrible courier known to mankind, this one. If you value your sanity, personal safety, and dignity, I implore you to steer clear of this disastrous excuse for a delivery company. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare, filled with physical assault, derogatory remarks, and unprofessional behavior that should warrant an immediate shutdown. Let me begin with the sheer audacity displayed by the staff of this despicable establishment. It is evident that he had NO training whatsoever in basic human decency. Not only did staff fail to present himself with professionalism, but he also took it upon himself to engage in a shameful display of physical aggression. He showed a COMPLETE lack of respect for customers. this place needs to be shut down and undergo INVESTIGATION before reopening for business. I am deeply disturbed by the fact that this courier service still operates, despite their employees engaging in physical altercations and verbal abuse. It is clear that the management of this company is either complicit in these heinous acts. It reflects a severe disregard for the safety and well-being of their customers. SPARE YOUR MONEY AND SPARE YOURSELF TRAUMA, DO NOT GO HERE.

Very bad delivery service in Baramulla my parcel has reached to this store few days before but till now you did not delivered yet.. though you're not giving any information or updates. Whats is this is this your delivery service.

Such a bad service no professionalism no basic etiquettes to speak to person the owner pretends to be working on laptop but he knows nothing he has never gone to school i think just sitting there and ruining peoples time No joke: it’s these kind of barbarians that will destroy civilisation as we know it. All for a few fast bucks.

Worst service. Amazon shows delivery was attempted for past 3 days, but the courier boy did not bother to call the given Mobile Number. No SMS message was sent before attempting delivery either.
