First, the delivery was significantly delayed without any clear communication or updates from the company. It was supposed to arrive within an hour, but it took more than three hours for my order to finally show up. When my package did arrive, it was in terrible condition. The items inside were damaged, and it was clear that the package had been mishandled during transit. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried reaching out multiple times, but my concerns were met with silence. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise against using this delivery service. a year agoMy experience with Delhivery Courier Service has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Firstly, their delivery agent only called me once regarding my package, and after that, they didn't bother to follow up or provide any updates. Adding insult to injury, the Delhivery app falsely indicated that my package would be arriving today, raising my hopes only to dash them. This misleading information caused unnecessary anticipation and inconvenience on my end. To make matters worse, my package was returned without any communication whatsoever. Not receiving any notification about the return is simply unacceptable and showcases a complete lack of professionalism on Delhivery's part. Overall, my experience with Delhivery Courier Service has been a nightmare. From the lack of communication to the misleading information provided, I would strongly advise against using their services.
