10 months agoI had the worst experience with Delhivery Kathua. They failed to deliver my parcel, showing complete disregard for their responsibility. The staff was unprofessional and careless. Despite waiting for an entire week past the estimated delivery date, I had to personally go to their office to retrieve my parcel. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. They don't even deserve a single star.
