Worst ever service. Your parcels will be left undelivered. And they dont have any dedicated customer care where you are heard or responded, just a computerized voice to attend and your query remains unresolved forever.

very poor service my prepaid order is not delivered to me its been 10 days they continuously increased the delivery date day by day but didn’t called me once and gave excuse of poor weather condition but the weather is good and not connected my call to any customer care executive. I don’t know what to do with them. They harassed me soo much with with order of mine

I had placed an order with MyDesignation, which was supposed to be delivered by 20th August. Unfortunately, the order is still pending delivery. The courier partner Delhivery has been giving repeated false excuses of bad weather conditions. Being in Jammu, I can confirm the weather has been absolutely clear — there is no such disruption. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability from a delivery partner is disappointing. It not only causes inconvenience to customers but also damages the credibility of the brand associated with them. I sincerely hope MyDesignation reviews their logistics partnership and that Delhivery takes customer concerns seriously to avoid such experiences in the future.

Yes very bad experience. Please please if you are reading and giving time to reviews please believe and don’t use this service. It’s delayed and very non responsive
