5 months agoMy product genus invertor is lying with them since 12 days and they put a message every day that out for delivery and in the evening they close the delivery by writing that customer has refused delivery. Their delivery person stated that they have shortage of manpower and cannot deliver product on the first floor.

a year agoThey are the worst delivery agency in India. The delivery agent doesn't call you and mentions in his report that the customer wasn't available. It's been 4 days and i haven't received the packet yet and there is no way to contact them. They don't even have a proper customer service department. When you call on their customer care number it is always busy. If I could I would give them negative stars.
