2 years agoI really had bad experience. They quote amount 3800+GST for bike transportation from Bangalore to HYD for door to door service. While taking bike they will not take any money and they said that it would be during bike loading. After packing bike they charged additional amount in the name of tracking and insurance. They did not provided any insurance purchased acknowledge. They charged around 1500 rs extra they they quoted once bike moved in their hand. The employees conversation also not profesional. This would be my first and last service with DHL SAFE CARGO Packers and Movers

6 years agoIt is a very bad service. and bad experience.. I booked a house goods in Jammu to Bangalore on March 19 and also booked a car..... They promised me that door to door service but when goods came to Bangalore, the goods were left in the road. That too at night.....😭😭 not only that, there was also a helmet is deficiency in the luggage.... along with the car, I had left 15 liters of petrol in Car.. petrol tank.... But Car was also empty..... and 500 rs demanded to me. After all, I tried to talk to the company manager Mr Devilal..... because they had booked my goods nd Car from Jammu, but they neither picked up the phone nor gave a response.... Worst service...pls don't trust....

6 years agoSTAY AWAY FROM THEM..It is misleading name to DHL.....I opted their service to transport two wheeler from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. Initially, They have given quotation of 4000rs . However, They sent final invoice of 4800 after once my vehicle picked up and had to pay as they said they will put my vehicle on hold. It does not end here.They also promised to drop vehicle to home. However, They declined later and had to go their hub which is 10-12 km from my home. I suggest better to go for well know packersmovers though may be bit costlier than this. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THEM..

6 years agoNever use their service ever in your life ! i booked deluivery of consignment from Bangalore to Kerala . They even charged me 10k for one bike and two suitcases for fast delivery ie in 2 days. Its been two weeks no delivery
