2 weeks agoMy scooty has been at the Gangyal service center for the past one and a half months due to an accident case. During this period, I repeatedly received calls from the service center informing me that the scooty had been taken in for repairs and asking when my insurance surveyor would visit. Once the surveyor inspected the vehicle and the formalities were completed, I was informed that my scooty was fully repaired and ready for collection. I was also given a bill amounting to approximately ₹18,000. However, when I visited the service center yesterday to collect my scooty, I was told that one of the parts had been sent for repair and that the rest of the scooty was ready. I was not allowed to inspect the vehicle, but after insisting, I managed to see it myself. To my surprise, I found that no repair work had been carried out at all—the scooty remained in the exact same condition as before. I am unable to understand how a bill was generated when the scooty is clearly not ready and no visible repairs have been completed.

They diagnosed the issues quickly and explained everything clearly. The service quality was top-notch, and the delivery was exactly on time. My vehicle feels smoother than ever after the service. 2 weeks agoVery bad Experience with the staff members but their Service Engineer (Mechanics) behaviour are good. Staff members asked for wait only 1hr.but they take around 2-3 hours. I don’t know for washing they take 1 hr.Bad experience.

10 months agoBest experience overall. Lounge is good. They have shift d from old workshop. I will visit ahian and refer others also. Do visit. Sometimes there is load at peak u have to wait . Infrastructure is good having other brands also near by. Satisfactory experience. Keep it up diamond honda service staff
