2 years agoManaged by unprofessional. Poor staff. Poo service. They only try and sell their expensive packages and no response after you have given them money in advance. They don't pick calls after you don't receive reports on time. If they pick they will say that it's not their job as samples go to Jammu. After taking money in advance they don't even upload all the test results on their App. And also they poor Customer Care services. They will only listen to you and take no action.
