Dr. Rohan Gupta is not just a brilliant neurologist but also an exceptional human being. On 16th April, during what should have been the happiest day of my life—my engagement—my father suffered a brain hemorrhage that left his left side completely paralyzed. It was an emotionally overwhelming time for our entire family. Initially, we went to GMC where my father was treated for 3 days. We then started looking for a private neurologist for more specialized care. We consulted Dr. Jyoti Sehgal, who was supposed to come to Jammu, but she asked us to visit her hospital in Gurugram, which wasn’t feasible in our situation. That’s when my future father-in-law recommended Dr. Rohan Gupta, and meeting him turned out to be a turning point. When we first met Dr. Gupta, I had very little hope that my father would ever walk again. But under his expert care and treatment, my father showed remarkable improvement. Within just one month, he stood up on his own — something I never imagined possible so soon. Dr. Gupta's patience, clarity, and confidence gave us strength. He explained everything in detail, offered timely and appropriate treatment, and was always available for support. His approach not only helped my father recover but also gave hope to our entire family during a dark time. I will always remain deeply grateful to Dr. Rohan Gupta. He is a doctor you can trust with your loved ones. Highly recommended for anyone in need of expert and compassionate neurological care.

I recently visited to Rohan Gupta’s clinic whose reception staff was extremely rude. I'm writing this review based on my terrible experience. During my last visit, I had an appointment for 6 pm, but I ended up waiting for 2-2.5 hours. What's worse is that they prioritized patients who paid more (₹800 for priority) over those who paid the standard fee (₹500). I've never seen a doctor's clinic with such an unfair system. After waiting for an eternity, I was finally called in. But when I returned for a follow-up appointment a week later, I was a few minutes late. The receptionist refused to let me see the doctor, saying I was late and couldn't be accommodated. I requested them to make an exception, considering I was only a few minutes late, but they denied. When I asked them to schedule another appointment, they told me to call them instead. But when I pointed out that they never answer their phone, they became even more rude and uncooperative. Eventually, I managed to speak with the doctor, but even they had a worse attitude than the receptionists. Overall, my experience with this neurologist was disastrous, and I would not recommend them to anyone."

They don’t value/respect this patient’s times. I went at the time the doctor staff had called me, yet I still had to wait for 2.5 hours.

Receptionist is a very pathetic person with no regards for other's problems. We had done prior booking and were approx 15 mins late and they were sending patients reached before us which we awere okay with. But then he kept giving appointment to patients coming after us. Upon asking, he says that now list is going in from bottom. Such a pathetic response. We came from Vijaypur and due to road construction issue got few minutes late. But this behaviour is unacceptable. Not recommended at all.

Great doctor with such a nice behaviour and I am taking medication from 2 years.
