The experience was profoundly unsatisfactory and raises serious concerns about both the professional management and the basic standards of patient care. There was a conspicuous absence of organizational oversight, with no semblance of a structured system to facilitate patients. The attendants on duty conducted themselves with marked discourtesy, compounding the distress of the situation. In the absence of any designated waiting area, I was left standing precariously on the staircase for nearly an hour, a most unbecoming and unsafe arrangement for a medical establishment. Moreover, the overall condition of the premises was deplorable. The environment was unhygienic, cleanliness appeared entirely neglected, and an overpowering foul odor permeated the surroundings, rendering the atmosphere wholly unfit for patients seeking medical attention. Such conditions are unacceptable within any healthcare setting and reflect a troubling disregard for patient dignity, safety, and basic sanitary standards."
