Abysmal Experience with Reception Staff. I had the misfortune of visiting this clinic recently, and my encounter with the reception staff was nothing short of catastrophic. The staff's communication skills were atrocious. They mumbled incoherently, using incorrect terminology and struggling to convey even the simplest information. Their tone was abrasive, and they spoke in an ear-piercingly high pitch that made my interaction with them a painful ordeal. But what's even more alarming is their complete lack of empathy or compassion. They seemed utterly disinterested in my concerns, and their body language screamed indifference. As a patient, I expect basic human decency and respect from healthcare professionals. But reception staff failed to meet even these minimal expectations. Unless the clinic undergoes a drastic overhaul of their staff training and hiring practices, I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic at all costs. Rating: [1/5 stars]

Ultrasound experience was awesome.The doctor notices foetus with complete details and provide 3D and 4D images also. Moreover, the politeness and humble behavior of Dr. Tariq fills patient with calmness.
