a month agoI had an awful experience at this clinic. The staff members were extremely arrogant and unhelpful. Instead of being welcoming or professional, they acted like they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me. Every question I asked was met with attitude and eye-rolling. It felt like they had no interest in helping patients at all. The front desk was especially rude โ zero respect, zero empathy. Iโve never been treated so poorly in a medical setting. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone who values basic courtesy and professionalism.

He takes the time to understand the patient's concerns and explains the treatment options clearly. His approach is both professional and empathetic. I felt completely at ease under his care, and the treatment was very effective. Highly recommend Dr. Vinay Menia.

a year agoDr. Vinay K Menia is so kind, Softhearted, Co-operative, well experienced and very professional doctor. He is without doubt one of the best gynaecologist in Jammu region.He clears all the doubts and never gets annoyed which shows his mannerism and professionalism. Besides this all his team members are also best to their profession & well experienced especially Dr. Samantha Mam who is very kind & remains always available to their patients.
