Dr. Vipin Gupta is the best endocrinologist in Jammu. Unlike other doctors, he doesn’t prescribe unnecessary tests. He focuses only on the actual problem. But the issue lies with his staff. They don’t know how to speak respectfully to patients. I wasn’t able to book a consultation for 2–3 days because of the rude behavior of his staff. They lack basic manners when talking to patients. A patient is already scared or stressed, and on top of that, their behavior ruins the mood even more. Doctor, please change this unprofessional staff. We respect you a lot.

Dr is So intelligent and I have seen the review about recptionist it is totally fake However he is doing his duty sincerely However if you can't book appointment in advance then you have to wait But suppose If you are going tomorrow you have to book appointment at today 8am to 10pm Receptionist is very homest

Dr.vipin gupta is a very great personality and also very calm listen patient problems.... but their other staff is very rude and he needs to change staff because the in reception can't pick call for appointment if by mistake they pick call don't talk to the person with manners he is very rude and mannerless person

Dr. Vipan Gupta is a very kind soul. Listen to patients, give proper time to each individual, well experienced and give correct medication...Jammu Citizens really need doctor like him.. My all good wishes to him n all the best for future 🙏
