DTDC courier

Of my first order they behaved arrogantly despite their negligence. But after complaining they started to deliver on home address but still not satisfied as it still takes them more time to deliver to your home address. But they are improving with complaints. Lets do it and make them responsible for their duties. We don't hate you dear we just want to make you responsible for your duties and that's not just legal but our imaan also. So please co-operate.

It was painful since the address were mis matching to Google map later I suggested to correct it. They don't really pickup the call, updated business number wasn't available on business page. It was hectic but I guess all issues are resolved

They didn't care about the products. They simply pack it with a carton and polybag cover. Even in flight our products got damaged. After complaining, they don't care about it all. While charging the fee they said that payment will be charged as per the dimensions but payment receipt they will give you as per the weight. As per their receipt they took 2000 extra.

I wud Never Ever send or receive through them again. They are not ur typical courier service. They will send ur parcel according to their convenience, time and wish. U can wait all u want. Doesn't matter. Their customer care is good but the people on ground require training. (Customer from Anantnag,192101)

They don't offer door to door delivery. Otherwise they are doing good job took 3-4 days from Delhi to anantnag
