6 months agoNever intimate the customer about the parcel. Give false reasons and return the parcel back to origin. Don't even bother to provide customer the pre paid articles but to talk about COD articles. We contact them and they don't pick up the calls. DTDC nanaknagar calls that your article will be available at dtdc bantalab but dtdc bantalab does not call and inform us about the parcel.
