a year agoWhile my experience with you warrants a 0 rating, unfortunately, there seems to be no option for such a low rating. Delivery times were consistently delayed, communication was virtually non-existent, and packages arrived damaged. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from customer service further compounds the dissatisfaction. Despite these glaring issues, the absence of a 0 rating option prevents an accurate reflection of the service quality.

11 months agoThese guys are utterly unprofessional,bad customer service, consistently delay in delivery, the staff Don't know how to talk to customers ..u will cal them one thousand times they won't bother to pick up your call.....they deserve 0 rating

11 months agoWorst service ,never deliver parcels to home .infact you need to travel upto 5 km to reach DTDC courier pattan to recieve your Parcell. Worst service. Zero stars
