DTDC-courior Service

very bad service,if they are not willing or not capable to deliver the parcel,then why they accept the parcels for udhampur .i hate there service.ek mint phle msg krty hai ki your parcel is out for delivery and dusrey mint msg krty hai that 'your area is non serviceably.'Bro if your service is not available for udhampur people then why did you accept the parcels from companies .

Worst service. Item isn't delivered by the courier guy but their tracking system shows it's status as delivered with fake recievers signature (name) . Mischief by some of the delivery guys of course. And the customer care service part is even worst as they are reluctant to receive calls .

It's not for the first time that they have shown their unprofessionalism. DTDC Jammu has always been like this and they deter to change. They would never call you untill the parcel is sent back to sender. And then they don't have courtesy to talk to the customer either. They don't even know how to resolve the issue. DTDC services in other parts are not this pathetic.

Company says your product has been delivered on website while physically it hasn't. Called up customer care, there they say the product has been delivered, it shows on our server. That's the best service any company can give.

They dnt evn call...showed parcel delivered without actual delivery...had to locate by calling dozen times (phone keeps ringing...nobody receives)..finally had to go and collect myself...worst dtdc sevice than anywhere else..one bit of advice..if u r tracking ur parcel online and it shows 'arrived North Delhi hub' it means it has reached here at Jammu..go n collect
