Worst one, i recieved a call from thereside that you have a parcel with but we can't deliver it on the mentioned adress, i asked them can you deliver it at University of Kashmir and the person on the phone no we can not you have to come to our office and dropped the call without listening any thing more. I have never witnessed such a rude behaviour, from my side it is waste of money and time to deliver your parcels from this company and i also request their higher ups to look in to this matter otherwise you loose so many clients.

Worst service at DTDC Khayam Srinagar. I went there to book a shipment but the guy there refused to open the office. He said, he'll not do any work today. Then, I booked the shipment online on the app and droped in their office and the guy there told me that we have no printer here and you have to print the shipping label on your own or go to any other courier office to book this shipment. Atlast, I did print and pasted it by myself. It was very pathetic. Incident of 15 November 2025!

Absolute Nightmare – Avoid DTDC at All Costs! I rarely write reviews, but my experience with DTDC has been so horrendous that I feel morally obligated to warn others. This is hands down the worst logistics company I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, resulting in a complete waste of purpose. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was absolutely no clarity or communication. Time-sensitive contents were ruined because they decided to let it sit in their warehouse for days without movement. And if you think you can reach out for help—good luck with that. Their customer care is non-existent. Numbers don't connect, and when you do manage to speak to someone after a hundred tries, you're greeted with rudeness, arrogance, and zero accountability. The staff behaves like they’re doing you a favor by existing.What’s worse is the sheer lack of professionalism and ethics. DTDC is a masterclass in how NOT to run a logistics company. Unreliable, irresponsible, and utterly incompetent. Use them only if you want your parcel delayed, destroyed, and disrespected.

Person who is handing the courier service , even it is food product not delivering on same day it is arrived. Even if we pay more money for air courier they attitude is like that we have to collect the courier from depot. Very very bad service

Very disappointed with this e commerce platform my parcel is arrived before 10 days but still not delivered to me .
