DTDC Sopore

I am not at all satisfied with DTDC courier service because they do not provide home delivery. In today's competitive market, customer service is the primary route, and they lag significantly in that aspect. I request improvement in their services. Recently, I was expecting a parcel from Panchkula, and I was quite far from the office due to work commitments. When the courier representative called, I requested them to deliver it to the provided address. However, they mentioned that home delivery was not available. Due to rain the next day, I couldn't go, and when I sent someone the day after to collect the parcel, I discovered it had been returned. Throughout this process, I was contacted only once. Before returning the parcel, kindly inquire with me at least once to confirm the return.

Pathetic delivery... have to collect item from office on our own...they don't deliver at actual address

Useless ! I had paid for door step delivery, however i requested one of the their guy viz Majid to atleast send it by local driver from sopore , he denied !. They think of themselves to be the administration!. To hell with it.

Very poor They just automatically CHNGe the delivery date on there own without informing the receiver for there order .

These guys don't deliver at home, not even paid fast deliveries. They ask us to collect at the hub.
