a year agoReceived my luggage with broken leg(Tyre). It was their responsibility to make sure things go all well. I sent these pictures to them and their response was “It happens in airport handling”. I even didn’t received any apology from them. Atleast they should have. Now I have to put some extra money and time to handle this. I can say this seems like they are very careless. Their customer care service is not helpful, they don’t answer your phone. My both luggings bags are broken. I am not sure next time if I want to use this service to courier my stuff. Will surely find something reliable.

a year agoI recently had the opportunity to interact with FastBeetle Courier Service's customer care team, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I cannot comment on the actual delivery service as I did not get a chance to use it, my interactions with their customer service team left a lot to be desired. The customer care representatives I spoke to were extremely unprofessional and rude. Their tone was dismissive and unhelpful, which is unacceptable for any service-oriented business. There is a proper way to communicate with customers, especially when notifying about cancellations or other issues, and this basic courtesy was sorely lacking. In a competitive market, excellent customer service can set a company apart. Sadly, FastBeetle's customer care team failed to demonstrate this. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards training their staff to handle customer interactions with the professionalism and respect that customers deserve
