a year agoI recently had the pleasure of visiting Feria gift centre, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The showroom exuded sophistication and style, with its chic layout and tasteful decor. The selection of clothing was impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. From elegant evening wear to casual everyday attire, Feria gift centre had it all. What stood out to me the most was the quality of the fabrics and the attention to detail in each garment. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, offering personalized styling advice without being pushy. They were knowledgeable about the latest trends and were able to help me find the perfect outfit for a special occasion.

2 months agoVery bad experience. I bought a suit yesterday and got it altered, the alteration was very bad. It was loose as it was and the salesperson didn't give the information about size I needed it today for a function. My whole day ruined. Give the size as that of the size of a person. Just getting money is their only agenda by hook or by crook.

8 months agoI went to Feria Gift Center (Ramnagar chowk outlet) with my family for shopping. My wife had to go to the washroom, but they had locked the washroom. When I asked them to open it, they made me wait for 20 minutes, but then they also did not open the washroom and when I called the owner there was no response from his side. They treat their customers like this, which is very disgusting and disappointing. I ask everyone not to go to this outlet.

a year agoVery pathetic experience. I bought my reception lehnga on 23 November 2024, i told them to give it on 5 December. But due to request of the tailor i extended the date to 10 December. I told the tailor everything in detail. When i went today to recieve my lehnga. It was not even altered properly. I told them to cover back side of the blouse. That time the tailor told me that they will arrange the cloth for that. The hook of the lehnga was loose so i told the tailor to replace it. Even i gave my number to the tailor to contact me if the stitching of a blouse that they took 18 days. But to my surprise nothing has been done till today. And when i went to the counter of the showroom to meet the manager. They told me he is not available. The person asked tell us what had happened, Then i told him what exactly happened. The person sitting at the counter has the audacity to tell me in between the talk that the details has not been shared to him then why did he asked me.. Its the mistake of the showroom side still they talked to you in a way as if they are doing some favour to us as if they are giving the lehnga for free. The way the person told me " Tailor ne kaha na ho jayega toh kal ho jayega by making faces and giving me cold looks" seriously if they can't even understand the stress a bride can have or they can't handle the situation properly then i must suggest everyone to go to a shop that communicate with you so that your day could not be spoiled by any small mistakes. The stress they have given me today and the cold behaviour of the person at the counter when i was in stress and pretending nothing big has happened. Then they need to understand if they can't provide quality shopping to their customer then they should close the store. When they have to sell the product they became extra sweet and when it comes to a problem then they become casual. The other tailors calmed me down but the way the person sitting at the counter behaved gave me anxiety and anger. I can understand may be its not a big deal for them but they should be little empathetic towards their customer if a person can't do that they should not come to talk. They even didn't let me talk to the manager. They should understand that they have to convince the customer calmly not as casually the way they did it today.
