Some doctors and staff here truly do a wonderful job — kind, dedicated, and compassionate. But sadly, a few others don’t seem to care, often busy on their phones and ignoring patients. It’s really heartbreaking to see such neglect in a place meant for healing. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and brings positive change. 💔🙏

The facilities are very good compared to any other government hospital in gyno and pediatrics, but the staff here from medical staff to sweeper literally demands money when you have a new born baby. A total of about 5000 will be vanished for no reason. Management must look into this situation. If you neglect that the doctors are very best here, helpful and good in nature.

A patient's walk-in flow is usually too high everyday in this hospital where the available faculty is not enough to handle them smoothly due to long waiting time, the security system is weak, there are a lot of references coming and directly entering the doctor's room for a checkup these types of practices need to stop and need to improve and treat everyone equally according to their turn. Overall doctors are professional and highly experienced which is a positive note of this hospital and there are many critical cases refer from other private hospitals for treatment.

Cleanliness 4/5 , waiting time high due to over crowded place . Blood bank available , peadraticin ward and emergency available , gyne opd heavy rish on Monday avoid. It. Unless emergency. Skin and ENT opd and OT available , Labour room Highly crowded. Ayushman card available for general public. Well experienced doctors with high experience in surgery and high risk cases. RTPCR test available along with RaT. ,gate pass required to enter.

"I sincerely request everyone, please never go to this hospital, especially for pregnancy cases. They treat people like animals. One has to endure so much here, but who will the poor share their pain with?"An incident happened with me after my surgery. The person in charge of the stretcher said that he wouldn’t shift me to the ward until I gave him money. He even said, ‘You’re from Kashmir, you’re just pretending.’ Everyone seems to be looking for an opportunity to exploit others. I request the hospital administration to please identify such people and take strict action against them."
