a year agoMy recent experience with Hotel Ashirwad Katra was highly disappointing and frustrating. Despite making a confirmed booking through Cleartrip, the hotel shockingly refused our stay upon arrival. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' reservations is simply unacceptable. Not only did this incident disrupt our travel plans, but the hotel staff's lack of communication and accountability exacerbated the situation. It's appalling to see such negligence towards guests. I strongly advise travelers to steer clear of Hotel Ashirwad Katra. Avoid the hassle and choose accommodations that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their commitments. Let's make informed decisions to ensure smooth and enjoyable travels. #TravelWarning #AvoidAshirwadKatra #UnreliableService

9 years agoPros: Cheap hotel(got good deal on Goibibo) What I dislike: Room wasn't that much clean as you would expect(Dustbin was full). Glasses weren't clean. Even no one came for giving fresh water. Extension wasn't working. Foul smell was coming from almirah. Bathroom wasn't clean and properly managed. Far from main market(Not much an issue as other big hotels are also on the same route). Conclusion: If you want cheap hotel and not many facilities go for this hotel( good for group of boys). Family should go for big hotels.

2 years agoExtremely Horrible Stay This hotel room charges are cheap because even stay, hospitality is also CHEAP. Bathroom - Floor is wet when they provide you room. Some sort of Bad smell comes from bathroom moreover No exhaust available just small window. It feels as if i am in Village. Toilet seat is also wet when they provide you room. No Hot water available for Bath. Beds - Bedsheet provided by them was dirty & when asked to replace they said its new one. We had to force them to give new ones. Blanket provided by them smelled bad. Rooms - I had Super Deluxe Room which was spacious enough & thus Bathroom size was compromised incomparison to Normal Rooms. Breakfast - Only complimentary thing which was Good. Hospitality - Very Bad. The staff boy was arrogant. We came back from Yatra at early morning i.e. 4-5am & staff boy was sleeping. For him his sleep was more important than hospitality of guests staying there. Location - You will have to take Auto for Hotel who will OVERCHARGE you. Its not walkable distance from station.

3 years agoNever think to stay at this hotel when you are having kids. You will put your self in trouble. Switch boards open/brocken.Bed sheets very dirty and torn. Bath rooms very smelly and dirty.Taps not in order. Shortage of water. Even if electric supply fails they don't start generator because, owner don't allow. Don't go for there photos of rooms, When I questioned them there reply was THIS IS 2 STAR HOTEL HOW CAN WE PROVIDE ALL THESE THINGS.
