Rooms are spacious Hotel staff is really supportive and nice. If you are in Udhampur, kindly book this hotel for staying. Food is also tasty here. I tried Veg biryani and it was worth to have it.

We booked this hotel for our engagement function, and it turned into a very disappointing and stressful experience. The receptionist aunty lied to us multiple times about the facilities and arrangements before booking. On the day of the function, several promises were not kept — the hall setup was incomplete, the food quality was poor, and the service was slow. To make matters worse, they took extra money from us under false excuses, which felt like outright fraud. When we questioned it, the staff avoided giving clear answers. This is unacceptable behavior, especially for an important life event. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking this hotel. I will never step foot in this hotel again. Stay far away if they value their money, time, and special moments.

Ample parking for bikes, air conditioned rooms, clean toilets with running hot water. Owner was up till 11.30 pm to receive us, had the kitchen open for our dinner and the dinner was very good. We were 4 very tired guys riding 4 motorcycles and we really appreciated the thoughtfullness. Good selection of veg/non-veg food, bar and a coffee shop, all at the same place. Multiple car washes and petrol pumps nearby, XP95/Power petrol available.

I had a great experience with my friends. The room was clean and cozy, the location was ideal, the food was delicious and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. Their positive attitude made the stay even better. Highly recommend 🎀.

Rooms are good and bathrooms are clean. Limited Parking is available inside hotel otherwise ample street parking is available. Staff is courteous and helpful.
