3 weeks agoI had a comfortable experience at KC Plaza Hotel in Jammu. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city with easy access to markets, transportation, and nearby tourist spots. The staff is polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms are clean, decent in size, and well-maintained. Housekeeping does a good job, and the overall environment feels safe and tidy. Food quality is good as well, with a nice variety and prompt room service. One thing to note is that the building is slightly older, so don’t expect a very modern layout. Parking and traffic around the area can also get a bit busy during peak hours.Ok

2 months agoVery disappointing experience. I accidentally left a T-shirt in the room after checkout and immediately informed the hotel. Initially, they said they would check and call back, but no one ever did. After several follow-up calls, they finally answered only to say nothing was found and then disconnected the call. If this is the treatment for a small item like a T-shirt, it raises serious questions about their honesty and integrity. What if it had been a costly item, or something of real value? The lack of accountability and courtesy shown by the staff is unacceptable. Guests expect transparency and basic professionalism, but unfortunately, this property failed on both counts.

4 months agoLocated in the center of the city next to Raghunath temple. The rooms are fresh, clean, well maintained. We also had dinner in the revolving restaurant and the non-veg food was above average. The breakfast spread was good. There were parking issues In fact our car did not have space to park in front of the reception to take out the luggage. Found a bit of attitude issues here and there, not acceptable in this industry.
