Hotel Mansar Jammu

Extremely disappointing experience. I called Hotel Mansar before traveling and clearly confirmed my booking. They told me a room was available, so I travelled 15–16 km to reach the property. But once I arrived, they suddenly said “we are sold out” and had no room for me. This was highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of responsibility toward guests. They wasted my time, energy, and travel — all because they couldn’t give correct information on the phone. If this is how they handle bookings, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Please double-check before travelling, or better choose a more reliable place.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, the bed sheets looked unchanged, and the bathroom smelled terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping and took forever to respond to even simple requests. The AC barely worked, the WiFi kept disconnecting, and the noise from the hallway made it impossible to sleep. For the price they charge, the quality is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Room service is very good. Food for Veg lover is awesome. Hygiene quality is superb. Staff behaviour is friendly.

Rooms are nice and clean. Hygiene is satisfactory, ambience is good, location is also at good market place. Staff was nice and professional. Overall good experience.

Most affordable hotel in place . The staff is super nice and also value for money. No hotel in the area has a better ambience to value ratio.
