Hotel Natraj International Patnitop

This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I had booked 3 rooms, and every single one was in terrible condition. There were spider webs across the walls, the curtains were filthy, dusty, and smelled awful. The bathrooms were unbearable – filled with the strong stench of cigarette smoke and absolutely unhygienic. To make matters worse, there was no proper ventilation in any of the rooms. It felt completely suffocating. Despite calling the hotel beforehand to ensure the rooms were clean and well-maintained, what I experienced was the total opposite. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. This hotel is pathetic, poorly maintained, and completely unfit for any guest. Avoid this place at all costs – it’s a complete disaster

Stayed for 3 nights. Bads: Very shabby rooms for a 3500 per night room. Bed sheets were all stained.. towels had changed to a cream color suggesting none had been changed in at least 3-4 years. Bathroom tiles have blackened edges. Food was expensive.. the paneer dishes had very little salt.. but a lot of burnt saabut dhaniya (coriander). Food was served in casseroles whose exterior plastic was broken. Hot water is only available in the mornings. Fan was not regulatable, either it was on 1 or on 5. No elevators. No cooling air conditioner only heating one (or so they said) Goods: 1. View of room number 307. 2. Room service was usually pretty quick. 3. Staff was decent and courteous. 4. Relatively close to the gondola ride. 5. Internet was high speed.
