a month agoI stayed in hotel Savoy with my family....then I have tried some food specially dal makhni and Chinese nd rogan josh dishes kashmiri it's taste so delicious full of kashmir zaika...I have best experience there...chefs wll experienced nd professional... I specially request owner Change management. All staff. unprofessional. I felt the management was useless.

4 months agoWhenever I visit Jmu I always stay at Hotel Savoy. But I would like to suggest humbly to the owner of the property if u don’t upgrade with the time u will fall behind. There is nothing new in the property, same old rooms with same old beds and bedding, same washrooms with same old bath fittings. The only change I have seen in these years is painting job has been done inside and outside and lift has been modified. Your property has a huge potential but u r not looking at it all . Spend some money and you will see the change in everything. Restaurant needs upgrade, a good professional chef is required and make every single thing available in the hotel premises . I assure u footfall will increase gradually once u start investing on the property.

a week agoAs I’m a regular customer , I don’t come often , I came most of the time …. The only good thing and hygienic is your concerned Bar which is elaborate in it’s nicest way , Rest everything is totally Bad and worst …. Washrooms are never clean .. Spit of Paan is everywhere in the corridors ….. Never good …. Please have a look and don’t let the image of your Hotel to a D grade property ….. Next time if I see anything bad or never cleaned washrooms i will complain to higher Authorities of Government … I will rather click pictures and post ….. Manger is never on the Ground , When ever I ask about him , most of the time he’s not available …. Have a look owners …..You are Distroying your own property image ….. Such a worst experience …. Unhygienic place
