6 months agoLast night experience was one of the bad nightmares no light for hours no arrangements for generator,mosquito bites and the worst part was no senior was available at that time . At least they should arrange an inverter to avoid blackout. Bad Experience

6 months agoThere are no proper arrangements of generator in summer you can imagine in a closed room with a blackout inside the room for hours. Worst Experience.

a year agoMy experience at Hotel swagat was highly unsatisfactory, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. When I tried to check in at 11:30 PM, they attempted to overcharge me, which felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of the late hour and my exhaustion..... The staff were not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. They showed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, making the check-in process unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. Given my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.......
