The overall ambiance was peaceful and pleasant. A special mention to Front Desk Manager Mr. Vijay Kujay, who was extremely professional and helpful throughout my stay. The property is well-maintained, staff are extremely courteous, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. It truly made our trip even more memorable. One of the best stays we’ve had in Katra – highly recommended to anyone visiting Mata Vaishno Devi. 🙏✨

a month agoThe hotel is very close to the railways station and at least 4 km away from Yatra staring point. Hospitality is excellent, rooms are good and they serve good foods. Special mention to Vijay Kumar for his kind gesture and making the stay memorable.
