5 months agoThe hotel is under a tie-up arrangement with the bank I work for...The staff is rude and the receptionist is also very rude. Rooms are not clean. TV is not working and also they not provide water bottle to the room as complimentary. I have 2 set of EarPods when I check out from the room then 1 EarPod found by me in a wrapped curtain and another one lost when I have inquired about that they simply said I don’t know. I am sharing some pics of the room. At this price so many hotels near by this hotel and I think they are better than this hotel.

9 months agoThe hotel is under a tie-up arrangement with the bank I work for...I went with minimalistic expectations but I must say the hotel delivered great value...the restaurant had a good number of options and the corporate discounts certainty made those options more lucrative. The location is amazing as this one is in close vicinity to the railway station as well as the bus stand. The staff is polite and courteous and willing to explain the entire process/timings of the visit to Mata Vaishnodevi Bhavan, in good detail. The service is genuinely commendable and it seems their folk just don't operate for money but also for a sense of dedication to Mata. The only con I can probably say is that rooms on the 2nd floor do not have a geyser fitted into the bathrooms and have to call the reception for hot water. This is one thing they should work at. Apart from this minor glitch, we had a pleasant stay at their property and at the same time Mata Rani blessed us with her divine darshan and smooth commute to and fro. Zor se bolo Jai Mata di.
