I recently few months back I purchased a big amount of package from Salon Izel but the experience was a complete letdown. The products used during the treatment didn't benefit my skin; instead, they caused more problems. I was expecting a rejuvenating experience, but what I got was a series of issues that I hadn't faced before. The Izel salon's service was poor, and I feel deceived. Despite paying a significant amount for the package, I wasn't called for my scheduled treatments, and my follow-ups were ignored. It was frustrating to not receive any communication or updates about my package. To add insult to injury, after 1-2 months, they informed me that my package had expired, which was shocking. I had no idea that my package had such a short validity period, and I wasn't reminded or notified about it. I feel cheated, and my money was wasted. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and the owner was unreachable. I called 100 time didn’t owner Don’t pick the call, ignoring the calls. I've tried to request a refund, but there's been no response. It's disappointing to see a business not taking responsibility for their actions. The salon's products are low quality, and their service is poor. l've visited nearby salons that provide better results and value for money. This salon's poor customer service, inflexible policies, and lack of value have left me highly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone and would advise others to look elsewhere for their beauty needs. At last, I want to discuss one more information about this Salon. "Izel Salon has no company, no system. They're deceiving me, saying my package has expired in their system. They don't have any branches or a legitimate company. Who gave them the name 'Izel Salon'? Which branch is this? What kind of approval do they have? They're scamming people, claiming the package has expired in their system. I've found out from inside that they don't have any system or branches. They're just fooling people. The owner is a cheat, taking advantage of people. They're making fools out of customers."

Looks Can Be Deceiving Don’t Fall for It Don’t go to this salon I promise you’ll regret it later. Yes, the place may look aesthetic and fancy, but don’t be fooled by the interiors. What really matters is the quality of work, and sadly, it’s shockingly unprofessional here. They do not know how to handle mistakes, and worse, they’ll never take accountability for them. No matter how badly they mess up, they’ll brush it off like it’s nothing. Save your money, your time, and your hair this place is not worth it.

Worst experience about izel my wife visited for facial and they suggested thalgo product when they end the facial my wife see the rap. Of product then she saw this product is expired they use expire product bcoz many of customers don't see product rap........its a big deal with ur skin and when she talk to owner he said simple do what u want u have no proof u came izel or not plz don't go there it's a wastage of money and time....go headmaster or geetanjali bcoz they are professional izel is a non professional salon and also staff
