It’s my first experience of Kashmiri Delicacy “ Wazwan” . The tase , The Aroma and the Portion was very rich . I have ordered A Wazwan Thali so that I can experience complete meal and I must tell every bite was rich in taste and speaks about the culinary culture of Kashmir . Food was rich in protein, prepared with less spices so that you can get authentic meat taste . Which is the reason in Kashmiri d Non veg very less spices used . Rishta and Goshtana was meat ball with difference preparation. Various varieties in same meal you can find . Although service was little slow . As we need to ask for next dishes. J J Foods are supposed to be the best authentic Wazwan preparation in Srinagar .

I recently had dinner at J J Foods and tried their Wazwan Thali. The food was good and the presentation was nice, but as a Kashmiri, it didn’t quite feel like the authentic Wazwan experience. The flavors were milder than what we’re used to back home, and even the usual aroma that stays on your hands after having real Wazwan was missing. Overall, it was a decent meal, but if you’re looking for the true traditional Wazwan taste, it may fall a bit short.
