Earlier this salon had trained professionals. But now they have untrained people. Price list is still same. I had my haircut and the result was very disappointing. And threading experience was horrible. I usually do my eyebrows myself but due to no time and travel plans I preferred to get it done from salon. The girl did disaster with my eyebrows. Very very disappointing experience.

I rated it with a 4 star a few years ago. I and my wife were regular visitors. Now there services are becoming poor day by day. In every visit we find that one or two of the staff members, last month, had left. If you're there before 11am, no one is there to serve you. They need to work really hard to improve. The price of a service matters but if you are giving a professional service with high standards, the price is often a second thought for the customers.

Probably the nightmare of my life first of all I inquired about the price of the procedure on call and booked an appointment and when I arrived there after they started the treatment they told me that they have to increase the price by 1000 rupees because of hair volume, I negotiated to 500 as I was extremely excited about the new look. But after I saw the end result i was devistated ! My hair was not permed properly particularly the entire front section of my hair was ruined! hen I pointed that out ii was supposed to here the answer... their hair dresses rohit told me " this is how its supposed to be!" I was surprised to here it and i showed him the pictures of permed hair and he chooses to live in denial and kept on parting my har here and there. I have been to this salon multiple times but now they have hired new staff the services were good earlier but now just trained unprofessional running the place .

I went there bec i needed hair highlight and this is what you get after paying 3300 sure not reccomended there service earlier was very good but now they have hired unlearned staff by looking at them i didnt felt they are professionals in any form total waste of money and time i should have went somewhere else plus the hairdresser kept coverving and dening his mistakes insted of fixing and apologising it felt that they just wanted to snatch your money and not provinde service in return Never going again!!!!!
