The food is absolutely wonderful — full of flavor and beautifully made. The atmosphere is quiet, cozy, and gives off really good, feel‑good vibes that make it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. The staff is polite and helpful. A little more attentiveness would make the experience even better, but overall, it’s a lovely place to dine and unwind. .

Best in the town, first of all its very easy to locate this place, as it's situated at the heart of jammu Bahu Plaza, and secondly their service is really quick, like we ordered the food and it was ready within 4-5Min, I appreciate that, because you'll have to wait approx 15-20min at every restro approx but here I was amazed by the service. Now coming to the taste, it was exceptionally best, and it was really good to my taste buds. But I have seen places like this becoming a disaster because of cost cutting and to make profit, I hope kaffberry remains as it is.

A very sophisticated but understated vegetarian fine dine in Jammu. The food seems to be thoughtfully curated and the presentation is even more interesting. You could almost order with your eyes closed and trust everything to be perfect. The staff is very courteous and service is above par. My favourite go-to place in Jammu.

Beautiful cafe with beautiful ambiance. This cafe is pure bliss. Food, Service, Location, Cleanliness, Staff, Ambience - Everything was perfect. Cheese Salsa Nachos, Croissants 🥐, Garlic Bread, Spring Rolls, Mojito were tasty and worth a try. The staff were polite and humble and quick too in service delivery. The ambiance is pure bliss with White theme and their cakes including cheesecake options are good too. This place is worth a visit to enjoy good food options - if you are in Jammu and bear Bahu Plaza. The cafe location is also on main road and in front of Country inn.

I recently ordered a hamper (Box of happiness) using Swiggy app, and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. The restaurant is misleading customers by selling hampers online for ₹2160, which contain items worth only ₹700. When you place the order, you are unaware of this scam, but once the hamper is delivered, the reality hits hard. The contents of the hamper were far below expectations, both in terms of quality and quantity. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I regret spending my money on it. This experience has left me feeling cheated, and I will definitely not be ordering from them again. Despite feedback from customers, it appears that the management doesn’t care about these reviews. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction is truly disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering hampers from Kaffberry to prevent similar disappointment.
