Booked a room considering the hype created on social media. Looked good in pictures. Reality was totally opposite. Considering the room charges, the room did not have even a wardrobe to put our bags and other stuff in. Play area isn't meant for kids above 2. No staff avaialble after 10pm. Food & Services - Disappointing! Below average if compared to price. I had to request the staff thrice to get hakka noodles changed as it was too spicy for my 3 yo kid. Despite giving specific instructions, the chef seemed to be unaware of what a simple Hakka noodle looks & tasts like. At last he gave us a plain bowl of noodles, tossed in oil and some salt, with no veggies. Their sole focus is to sell you high priced, low quality food, mismanaged services. Better to book a simple hotel at Kud market or Patnitop. Pathethic experience overall.

I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent experience. The service was extremely poor, suggesting a clear issue with being understaffed. While the room itself was adequate, the quality of the linens was unacceptable; they were stained and had an unpleasant odor. Despite the room being prepared for us, the cleanliness was subpar, and there was the added inconvenience of a leaky faucet.We also found no toiletries or even a complimentary water bottle, which we had to specifically request. It seems this hotel's reputation is inflated by social media and influencers, rather than reflecting a positive guest experience. This hotel was a major disappointment. If I could rate in the negative, I would.

Super slow & below standard service, no one bothers to take orders. Cleanliness and hygiene also not maintained. Food is average. Location is good but definitely they need an immediate improvement in all aspects.
