Kapsons Wave Mall Jammu

I recently shopped at Kapsons Jammu (Wave Mall) and, unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The sales executive kept following me around the store, which felt a bit uncomfortable. At the billing counter, I wasn’t informed about the total amount before the bill was cut, and I had to pay without any explanation. When I went for an exchange later, I was told that refunds are not allowed — only exchanges. Sadly, there were very few options available, and I had to buy items I didn’t really want just to adjust the amount. I truly respect store policies, but I wish the staff were more polite and understanding. Customer experience matters, and I hope the management takes this feedback positively and improves their service in the future. 🌿

Absolutely the worst store experience ever. I visited this store with my parents to request an exchange for a product I had purchased just a day prior. I had the original receipt with me, yet the store manager refused to cooperate, threw the clothes aside, and completely misbehaved with us. It was extremely disrespectful and shocking. The salesman from the Tommy Hilfiger section also spoke rudely and refused to issue a credit note. Ultimately, we were left with no choice but to leave the ₹6000 t-shirt with the staff — we didn’t even take it back due to how poorly we were treated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a premium retail outlet. I expect to receive a call or email from the store management by tomorrow. If not, I will be escalating this matter further to media . I have taken the picture of the staff member if i wont get any response i will post them online to show people who misbehaved and will escalate the matter to media.

I had an excellent experience at Kapson Jammu! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the store’s layout—everything was neatly organized and easy to find. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering assistance without being overbearing. I was looking for jeans, and Mr Agnihotri Naveen helped me find exactly what I needed, providing great recommendations along the way.

It is a great feel to enter kapsons wave Jammu. Staff is too helpful specially Sushant (Jack & jones) and Lalit (Tommy hilfiger). Cash counter guys are good and helpful.
