The store looks commercially very poor ,shelves are full of dust ,no navigation of departments ,lot of shelves empty ,staff are busy at the entrance in gossips ,wastage of space in store ,inventory is lying on the floor ,the staff is not aware were to input customer feedback ,I hope the manager and the owner are aligned ,to make this store more profitable and a good brand in kashmir .
