8 years agoOne of the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Had loads of cockroaches in the room and the on the bed. The management here is least concerned about the same. Even the water camphor provided had loads of cockroaches and their eggs too. Uploading the pictures separately. No compensation provided.

4 years agoGood place to stay near Raghunath Temple in Jammu. Good rooms and good staff. The food is pure vegetarian and very good. There is no need to go anywhere else for food. The hotel owner as well as staff are very helpful when my husband got sick after eating at famous pahalwan da dhaba. We strongly recommend this place.

8 years agoThis hotel is situated on gurudwara sunder singh road .Raghunath bazar and temple is at walking distance. Every year i visit jammu for Mata vaishno Devi darshan. during my stay in i take my lunch and dinner in swastik. Very good food is available in their restaurant. lift is there. some local cuisine is also available on request. .Rates are quite reasonable.

7 years agoThey have all types of room, from low to high range. Its on you which one you want, everyone room is good at the price given, only disadvantage i found was the weak WiFi network and speed, or else the overall experience is good as i have spent only one night.

2 years agoI have tour with my family for 8 days in kashmir on May, I have hired innova car from this company but this company owner charged very high for hotel to hotel dropped service and at booking time he committed all site seeing is included with per day 250 km drive But he is cheating all customers 1. Innova car was 14 years old. 2. Window switches did not work. 3. There was Car clutch problem so driver did not come on proper time in half of the tour. 4. Lastly I discussed all problems with the owner and he did not gave any proper answer and used bad language will talking. So dear tourists don’t hire the car from this person
